I have a styles pack from Norton Music I am trying to add to my styles DB. the update process runs and everything looks like it is working. progress messages show the file names from the Norton style package being added. Then at the end of the process the styles are removed and not added. can anyone tell me what the problem and or solution is?
if images from the style update process are needed, I have them.

I have been in contact with him. so far no help. I have contacted the pgmusic support dept. will hear back next week

When you use the Rebuild button to rebuild the styles list are you selecting the fast rebuild or the slow rebuild? Fast rebuild looks only for PG Music styles while slow rebuild looks for PG Music styles, third party (Norton) styles and user styles. Check out page 106 of the 2023 Band-in-a-Box for Mac User Manual.
